Why I Built Technicole
Early in my career, I saw the same pattern repeatedly:
Smart teams.
Strong service delivery.
Revenue coming in.
But underneath?
- Quotes rebuilt from scratch every time
- Sales and operations misaligned
- Installment billing tracked manually
- Forecasting adjusted in spreadsheets
- Leadership hesitant to fully trust the numbers
Nothing was “broken.”
But everything required checking.
That’s not sustainable at scale.
Over time, my work expanded beyond CRM administration into the operational realities behind commercialization itself — including product information workflows, quoting complexity, technical coordination, and revenue operations inside fast-growing and highly regulated business environments.
Technicole was built to solve that layer — the structural layer that most agencies don’t touch.
